Yardage is not given for the cardigan alone. The yardage for the entire matinee set (cardigan, booties and hat) is 3 (3, 4, 4) balls of Elle ‘Babykins 3ply’, shown in color 053 ‘Rose Mallow’.

Fronts and back are worked together as one piece to the armholes, then divided. Crochet hook is used for edging and making the buttonloops.
