A quick knit hat with a braided crown, knit lengthwise and joined seamlessly to form the brim of the hat, with mountains rising above on the main body. Featuring cables and colorwork, this hat is interesting enough to keep an intermediate or advanced knitter engaged.

Finished Sizes and Measurements
Baby (Toddler, Child, Adult Woman, Adult Man) sizes fit head circumferences of 14 (16, 18, 20, 22) inches.

Materials
• Three Irish Girls Springvale DK, 100% superwash merino wool, 260 yards, 2.5 oz, 1 skein main color (MC) and one skein contrast color (CC); shown in Kale (MC) and Guinness (CC)
• 10” DK weight waste yarn for provisional cast-on
• 16” US 4 (3.5 mm) circular needle (or size needed to obtain gauge)
• US 4 (3.5 mm) DPNs (or size needed to obtain gauge)
• Cable needle
• 1 stitch marker
• Tapestry needle
