A Tallit is a shawl worn by Jews at prayer. This simple tallit creates a relatively narrow garment with a measured lace (good for either men or women) and would make a lovely gift for a b’nai mitzvah or other Jewish life event.

Blue and white, the colors of the Israeli flag, are commonly seen in the prayer shawls known as Tallit (plural: Tallitot).

The long threads tied into knots at each corner of the garment are called Titzits, and should be tied only if it is intended to be worn in a Jewish context.
