Pattern Features:

  • Option 1: A stylish Poncho-Cape effect with front button closure and open collar neckline

  • Option 2: A casual Poncho-Sweater with back button closure and loose Turtle Neck

Main body worked in stockinette stitch with horizontal ribbing featured at open sides. A unique spine stitch pattern worked on the bottom borders, finishing with classic ribbing for both cuffs and neckline. Formatted with line-by-line written instructions given throughout with the option to work to measurement where indicated

Construction:
Worked in two pieces.
For ease of identification pattern will begin with Front Button Closure option 1
Front: Worked bottom-up in one piece with border stitch pattern, then in two sections for button closure
Back: Worked bottom-up in one piece with featured border stitch pattern
Both Pieces are seamed at shoulders, with a ribbed neckline worked from picked up stitches.
Ribbed Cuffs also worked from picked up stitches where indicated and seamed at completion

Materials: 133 – 140 yards (50 -60 grams)
#3 weight (DK) OR #2 weight (Sport)
