I think we have been converted to DK sock knitting.. they are so quick!!

These MAYbe Baby DK socks are a simple toe-up sock build with an interesting Mock tweed stitch up the front and into the ribbing at the top. Although the sock is written for toe up, you can easily use the stitch counts provided and knit them cuff down starting at the end of the pattern in the Ribbing Section.

Heel instructions are not provided as you can insert the type of heel you prefer. Check out the Fish Lips Kiss Heel Pattern by Sox Therapist here on Ravelry for only $1. That’s what we used.

You will need approx. 220 yds of DK weight sock yarn, but that could vary depending on how long you want to make your socks. You can also add in a contrast heel, toe and cuff if you like!

We suggest dividing your sock yarn into 2 equal balls so you can use up every last bit of yarn and still ensure you have exactly the right amount to finish the second sock!

Needles: 3.0mm or 2.5 US in your preferred method of working in the round.
Sizes: Childrens (Ladies, Mens)
