tools: size 7 (4.5 mm) and size 8 (5 mm) 32” or longer circular needle, a set of DPN’s or a 12” sleeve needle or a 16” circular needle, stitch holders, stitch markers

note: Many knitters have a different tension when knitting in the round versus back and forth. You may need to size up your needle when working sleeves if you tend to knit more tightly in the round.

Skills Recommended: cable cast on, M1 increases, top-down raglan experience preferred, working in the round with DPN’s, buttonholes using a double yo, picking up stitches for button band.
