790—yards of a worsted weight yarn. I used Madelinetosh Tosh DK (225 yards each for 100G, 100% merino wool), in color Tart

  • 1 set of US size 7 (4.5mm) double points,
  • 1 pair of US size 7 (4.5mm)- 24” circular, and 32” circular
  • 1 stitch holder or 1 spare needle
  • 11 stitch markers in one color and 1 in a different color

Gauge
20 sts, 28 rows = 4” in st st and Garland Pattern on US size 7 (4.5mm) needles or size to obtain gauge
16 sts, 24 rows = 4” in Pointed Chevron Stitch on US size 7 (4.5mm) needles or size to obtain gauge.
