Electrical banana…is going to be a sudden craze… Donovan was haunting me as I knitted this cowl, and I could not stop singing “they call me Mellow Grellow..so rightly”

It’s a lot of stitches, done easily - a tube cowl in the softest of the soft, Malabrigo Lace. You can play with colors till the cows come home, too.

Yarn
The double loop cowl calls for approximately 800 yards, divided among three colors as follows: Color A: 300 yards, color B: 200 yards, color C: 300 yards. I used Malabrigo Lace, in colors Pearl Ten (color A), Frank Ochre (color B) and Simply Taupe (color C).

Finished measurements
5.5” wide (doubled, because it’s a tube cowl), 50” circumference.
