Melrose has instructions for two types of sleeves and two sets of button bands, so you can pick and choose which look suits you best:

-You can choose between a classic long sleeve look, or a short sleeve version with little ties finishing the sleeves.

-Two options for button bands: a classic 8-button cardigan hat buttons all the way up, or a 3-button version that just closes at the top.
