Melt is a wonderfully warming poncho-like sweater with a generous collar and short dropped sleeves.

It is worked seamlessly in the round from the top down. Increases are placed at both sides of the body and continue to the top of the arm openings. The sweater is then split for front and back with each side worked separately, and with occasional decreases, in rows to the bottom of the arm openings. Work continues in the round to the hem with regular decreases placed along both sides of the body.
