This is the PATTERN to create your own Merc, not the finished amigurumi

Merc from Tomorrowland
A good friend advised me to look at the Miles from Tomorrowland series. She would expected them to be a new kiddo favorite. Having my own little almost-5-year-old-jumping-to-watch-many-of-cartoon-series, I just had to see about this new kind of promised animating success (you always have to be aware of what things your child is watching ;-) But I was really intrigued about the way the figures are created and I felt a new challenge to crochet. Off course, starting with Merc, a bird that is unique to its own, let alone to crochet. It took a lot of time and taking out numerous of times, but at least I had fun to continue all the time! Merc is about 22 cm tall.

Yarn
The yarn I actually did use are within the pattern. But you may choose any type of yarn in every desired color. To reach he same size as I did, I did use a 2,5mm crochet hook with yarn for size 2,5mm – 3mm to crochet it quite tightly. You can also choose to use thicker yarn with thicker crochet hook to enlarger the amigurumi.
