This scrumptious scarf was designed for a yarn produced from an alpaca named Mercurio, whose yarn was part of the Kickstarter project from Adagio Alpaca Mills. It is light and warm, but looks chunky and textured from the use of ribbed cables.

Two cable patterns are alternated along the scarf, with the individual cables separated by lace eyelets. It is fully reversible with no right side. The finished scarf measures approximately 18cm wide by 160cm long when relaxed after a light blocking.

Requirements:
4mm needles, a cable needle, two safety pins or stitch markers.
200g of DK yarn. 4 balls of Adagio Alpaca Mercurio used here.
