Main color is worked with two strands held together in skirt portion, rest of garment uses single strand of yarn

Gauge is 26 sts and 27 rows in stockinette stitch on size US 7 (4.5 mm) needles and 26 sts and 26 rows in sheer and solid stripe pattern

Also needed: stitch holder and 4 yds 19mm (3/4”) elastic
