The completed cowl measures approximately 25 cm (10in) in height and 88 cm (34.5 in) in circumference. One panel repeat measures 22 cm (8.5 in) in length.

The cowl is made out of cable panels, which provide you with an easy opportunity to make the cowl as long or short as you like.

You will need:
2 x Rowan Big Wool Silk (photographed in Journal sh.708)
I have used above yarn, but any Super Chunky (US Super Bulky (14 ply)) yarn will be fine to use for this cowl, taking into account that different fibres result in different finished effect. You will need approximately 160m (174yd).
10mm (US 15/UK 000) knitting needles.
Cable needle
