Mansize ski or boarding hat, ideal for large heads and spectacular stunts. Superbly long stretchy brim to snuggle against your goggles and lots of fabric in the crown to keep at bay the Alpine chill.

Of course if you’re merely strolling the mean streets of Stokie, or stalking the pavements of Brixton, you’ll look the epitome of cool.

Sized for a large man’s head, with downloadable chart for the snowflake and ric-rac pattern, you can adapt for smaller heads by reducing the needle size.

You are also encouraged to try charting your own snowflake. Be bold, give it a go, and send us your results. We promise to publish all your own snowflake charts on our website.

The pattern is easier than it looks. Ideal for your first fairisle project, the excellent twisted rib giving bounce and elasticity to the brim, and you will learn how to make a pompom!

You’ve always wanted a pompom? This winter’s must-have. So stylish.

NEW PATTERN ADDITION: Smaller size with charts for two different reindeer and trees with mini snowflakes here. Enjoy!
