The Mermaid Tail socks were inspired by the ocean, and watching the gentle waves and ripples in the water sparkle in the magic of summer. They are designed cuff down featuring a simple but engaging lace pattern, making them perfect for a summer travel project.

Construction:
The socks are constructed cuff down, with a heel flap and gusset. The pattern uses magic loop, but can also be adapted to use DPNs. A chart is included for the lace pattern in addition to written line by line instructions.

Sizes:
There are 3 sizes available: Small (54 sts) Medium (62 sts) and Large (70 sts).

Yarn:
300-400yds of fingering weight yarn.

Needle sizes:
2.25mm / US 1 (or any to obtain gauge)

Gauge:
30 sts / 42 rows = 4 inches (10cm) in stockinette stitch
