INTRODUCTION: This pattern includes instructions for three different ornament designs: fan shape, round shape, and hexagon shape. Each ornament uses short rowing technique to turn and create the shapes. Just a little way to bring holiday cheer as ornaments on your tree or to use in any room as a garland decoration.

YARN:

DK weight or fingering weight held double.

The most you will need is 10 grams of yarn total per ornament.

All samples were knit with leftover yarn from past projects.

You can knit solid color, alternating colors, three or four colors. Combinations are endless!

NEEDLE: US 5 / 3.75 MM or size needed to obtain gauge

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:

Fan: 5 ¼”/13.5 cm at widest

Hexagon: 4 ½”/ 11 cm at widest

Round: 5”/ 12.5 cm at widest

GAUGE: 20 sts by 40 rows in 4”/10cm (in garter stitch after blocking)
