The third in the series is this hoodie. Similar to Tor and Dunes, this pullover features cable panels on the front, back and sleeves. Part of the back cable panel continues up along the back and top of the hood.
Worked in the round from the bottom up, the cropped body is tapered for a more flattering fit. Also featured are instructions for a standard length straight body.
After dividing for the armholes, the front and back are worked separately to the shoulders, which are shaped using German short-rows, then joined using a Norwegian-inspired cable-like bind off.
The sleeves are worked in the round from the cuff up, then the cap is worked back and forth after binding off at the armhole.
The hood is worked by picking up stitches along the neck edge, as well as casting on some stitches at each end that are later overlapped. To shape the top of the hood, short-rows are used on each side of the cable panel to decrease stitches as you go.
