I had several beginner knitters that were wanting to knit an earflap hat without complicated increases or pattern. The hat is knitted in easy stockinette stitch and uses k1f&b for the increases on the earflaps.

Thanks to Bethany who came to the store for the Knit-In and we grabbed her to model the hat. (hence why the hat doesn’t match the sweater.)
