Mia Shawl - Pattern by Ingrid Kopka

Update your wardrobe with this graphic crochet shawl featuring stripes on one side.

The wide drapey shape makes it easy to wear. It is incredibly versatile!

Make it in two contrasting colours for maximum impact or choose 2 complementary colours for a softer look, the choice is yours!

How about using one variegated yarn for the main colour and one in a plain colour for the stripes?

Suitable for advanced beginners/intermediate crocheters.
This Shawl requires attention to correct stitch counts!

Easy introduction to intarsia crochet: Build on your existing skills by learning how to add an additional colour.

Finished size (unblocked): 154cm x 51cm

Yarn used:

3x 100g Hobium Yarns La Mia Silky (300m/100g) Acrylic Microfiber Col. L017

1x 100g Hobium Yarns La Mia Silky (300m/100g) Acrylic Microfiber Col. L019

Hook used: 3mm

Yarn could be replaced by Cotton 4ply yarn for a simiilar size and drape . I recommend a 3.5mm hook.

If using thicker yarns then find a larger hook size that will give you a nice drape, you might need to experiment a bit first.

Required yarn amounts/length may vary.

For personal use only. All sales are final, no refunds given.
