The pattern evolved from me wanting to make little bags for my daughters friends for her 4th birthday party. I made up the pattern as I went along.

The pattern evolved quite a bit as I made more bags to make for less sewing. Really happy with it by the time I’d got to the last few bags.

I had such lovely comments from people I decided to write the pattern down and make it available for free on ravelry.

I don’t think the guage is really important, I have made these in peaches and creme cotton and turned out only slightly bigger. Just be aware that the size of the hook and weight of yarn will alter the size of the finished bag.

There are photo’s in the pattern which will hopefully make these easy to follow for the absolute beginner.

Pattern is written in British terminology.
