Millefleur Body is worked top-down with raglan increases. The body is worked in the round at first - to create an opening in the front of the yoke - and later in the round. The onesie has an eyelet pattern on the yoke, sleeves and front of the body. Short rows are worked in the back to create room for the diaper. The onesie is closed with 3 buttons between the legs and 1 button at the opening in the yoke.
