Colorwork is an easy slip stitch pattern and is a great first introduction to using two colors in a row.
The small-medium size works well for most women but the large size is for the big boned mostly because the cuff is not as elastic as most.
I used a yarn that has color sequencing though using contrasting colors will work fine. Use as many colors as you like. Great for scraps and originally written for handspun yarn that changes color.
I chose a dk to get the tighter fabric we like for durability of gloves. I haven’t tried sock yarn scraps yet but swatching will let you know if you like the fabric produced.
I could add finer gauge to this pattern in the future if it looks like it’s needed. Also will end larger men’s size upon request as well as kid’s sizes.
