There are times when I need a simple sock pattern, something that still keeps me interested but not lacy. Add a decrease here and another one over there.. and let the moved stitches do all the work. Enough to keep the knitter interested, but not too much that you upset the muggles by looking down all the time. The perfect movie marathon sock! And this pattern can be worked in both directions, with no need to flip the chart.
Simple stitches that create stunning results! A solid or semi solid yarn is best here, anything else might take over and hide the pattern.
