#This pattern is for CUFF-DOWN, TOE-UP, can be found HERE.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is a Cuff-Down version of “Peppermint Twist (toe -up) socks, pictured in the first two photos. The heel has a gusset/heel flap, as show in the third photo.
The toe-up sock pattern was designed a beautiful striping yarn of red and white speckled, sparkle yarn that just screams “north pole”. The yarn would remind anyone of peppermint sticks or candy canes and immediately evoke a feeling of Christmastime.
The pattern is written for DPNs referring to Needles 1-4. You can accommodate it for Magic Loop or 2 circulars.
NOTIONS: Stitch marker to mark the beginning of the round, A tapestry needle for weaving ends. Cable needle (optional).
PATTERN STYLE: The pattern contains written as well as chart instructions. There is a key and full abbreviation list included as well.
DIFFICULTY: Intermediate: Cabling, increases, decreases, and sock construction.
YARN: This pattern was designed to show off the beautiful colors in Christmastime yarn. Certainly solid or lightly tonal yarn would show excellent stitch definition.
