Miss Moss is the perfect pattern for Willow & Lark Woodland yarn. It make the hat cozy warm and stylish at the same time. Miss Moss Hat features an extra-long brim, separated from the moss stitch body by a horizontal braid. The pattern is easy and can be completed in one afternoon or weekend. Instructions are for either knitting the hat in the round, or flat with seaming it at the end. Topping it off with a handmade Pompom will add some playful feminine character. Pompom making instructions are also included.

If you have a skein of fingering weight or sock yarn of at least 380 yards, you will be able to use these instructions by holding the yarn 2-stranded. Check one of my projects done with Mad Tosh, BFL sock yarn.
