Big mitered square blanket with horizontal ridges/ribs. It is reversible and is knitted in the round without any seams.

I recommend blockable fibers, as the ridges do need a good blocking, but they are worth it as the ridges give the nice optical illusion effect and textural interest.

Since this is knit from the outside in, rows are decreasing in size. You are ‘halfway’ when you are down to 36 stitches in each section.
