This linen tee design features a wide/deep V-neckline, A-line body, raglan styling, loose swingy fit, top-down construction and comes with instructions for short and long sleeve variations.

I cannot begin to describe the depth of my love for everything linen – fabric, yarn – you name it. Working with 100% linen yarn requires a fair amount of faith though - faith in the luxury and fit of the finished garment that won’t be evident till well after the knitting is finished. It feels a bit like knitting with a strand of twine. Don’t be daunted by the rough texture and slightly uneven stitches as you knit. When washed and blocked, this tee shirt morphs into a wondrous, natural, drapey fabric. My first thought after slipping it on was; “I just made Mithril!! (The lovely, magical fantasy fabric in J.R.R Tolkien’s Middle_Earth). I hope you enjoy making and wearing this luscious tee as much as I have.

Sizes:
