By popular demand! Moccasin Fringe Boot Crochet Pattern now in Toddler and Child Sizes.
The Moccasin Boot Slippers are inspired by Native American Crafts and in particular Navajo textile designs which I love. This is a fully comprehensive crochet pattern with written instructions for 7 sizes:-

Toddler size 6: 5.25”
Size 7-8: 5.5”
Size 8-9: 6.25”.
Size 10-11: 6.75”.
Size 12-13: 7.5”.
Size 1-2: 8.25”.

Skill Level: Intermediate - To make the booties you’ll need to have some experience reading crochet patterns and know how to do the following stitches
sc - single crochet
sl st - slip stitch
ch - chain stitch
DC - double crochet
hdc - half double crochet
And basic increases and decreases.

The pattern is written in English with American Crochet Pattern Terms Used Throughout (there is a conversion index included for UK crochet terms). 12 pages with lots of photos to help you construct the booties.

The booties are made with worsted (UK aran) yarn and a 4mm crochet hook (US G/6). I used Drops Nepal, which is thick for aran - closest in US is probably Vanna’s Choice.
Please pay particular attention to the gauge/tension - it’s important if you want to achieve the correct size and may have to use a different size hook to get it right.
