Wayuu style crochet bags made easy with this all-in-one pattern! Make this beautiful mochila bag at home, using 5-ply acrylic milk cotton yarns and a 2.5mm hook. No weaving needed for the strap.

This small mochila bag is 14cm in diameter, and 16cm high. The length of the strap can be customized by your choice. If you are familiar with tapestry crochet, and can read basic crochet terms and instructions, you are ready to make this cheerful Wayuu style bag with my pattern. The pattern includes a base design with detailed instruction, graph for the body, and a strap design graph. Material needed for making this bag: 5-ply milk cotton yarn, 100% acrylic or 40% acrylic/ 60% cotton blend. Or you can choose yarns of similar weight. A 2.5mm crochet hook, stitch-markers, a tapestry needle to weave in loose ends, a pair of scissors, and a pompom maker/tassel maker.

Pattern uses the US standard crochet terms.
