This baby blanket is a quick knit, with a fun & modern feel to it. It would make a great blanket for any sweet, new baby in your life! Use the colors suggested, or change them up to match the nursery!

This is a great pattern for learning intarsia, with it’s simple blocks of color. There is only 1 color change per row in any of the diagonal stripe sections.

• Includes both written instructions and a chart (the intarsia color changes are charted, but the pattern is NOT written line by line).

• Written in standard US knitting terms.

• I used approx 80 yards per stripe and approx 550 yards of worsted yarn for the sample blanket.

• I used Knit Picks Swish Worsted, but feel free to substitute another yarn, if you prefer. Cascade 220 Superwash would be perfect, if you are looking for a readily available yarn to use.
