Legend has Molly Stark rode through Southern Vermont encouraging men to join her husband, Revolutionary General John Stark, to help fight the Battle of Bennington. Pictures show her, like many women of that era, with a wrap around her chest. Maybe she would have enjoyed a scarf like this as she rode?

This buttonhole scarf pattern uses only one ball of Berroco Ultra Alpaca. In fact, we had about 10g left over! Super for holiday gifts!
