The Monument Tam shows off an intriguing patterning of cables that pop out against a colorful cascade of autumnal shades. This tam lets you indulge your love for cables, but translated through the use of stranded colorwork! Each of the cables appear in relief against the warm glow of the autumnal background. A band of corrugated ribbing begins the tam, which is patterned to resemble caved stone. Next, a frame of braided knotwork is created through colorwork before moving into the entwined colorwork cables that ring around the tam and finish off at the crown. The Monument Tam is sure to be a true classic for knitters looking to add a new dimension to their colorwork knitting. Finished Measurements: 11” diameter
