I am given to understand that the Knotions site is no longer available.the pattern is now available for download from Ravlery.
Unfortunately due to the costs incurred reformatting the pattern and tech editing it I have had to make it a paid pattern to recoup my costs.

“Moon River, wider than a mile, I’m crossing you in style some day”

All the time I was knitting this stole that wonderful song from Breakfast at Tiffany’s was going round and round my head. The beads are optional, but combined with the stitch pattern they give the impression of moonlight sparkling on water.

The central part of the stole is knitted in one piece and then the border is knitted on afterwards. The bead are applied using a crochet hook

100g no 8 seed beads are needed to complete this pattern

The stole could easily be made longer if you wish as there is plenty of yardage on the cone to allow this.
The sample in the pictures is made in Ocean Blue Colour Number 151137 with silver lined teal beads.
