Waltzing in the moonlight! Stitches dance back and forth across these lovely and fun to knit toe-up socks! The sock features toe-up construction with patterned gussets and a reinforced, slip-stitch heel.

The pattern is well suited for any fingering-weight yarn from mild to wild, and would look lovely in hand painted yarns.

Pattern includes charted instructions, including instructions for making the socks longer or shorter. Due to the nature of the pattern, width may be adjusted by adjusting gauge.

The pattern is easy to remember, but requires an occasional shift of sts between needles for the waltz.

Techniques used include:
knit and purl, knit/purl one below, knit/purl 2 together, ssk/ssp, sk2p, knitting through back loops and make one increases.
