The crescent shawl is the perfect way to welcome the fall season!
Knitted top down and ever growing with colorful stripes down to the bottom border knitted as shown with a single color textured yarn. Double yarn overs makes this a fun part to knit. It’s also easily remembered.

This shawl is big, measuring 113” in overall length and 15” in height, which gives you many styling options~

The pattern is fully written and also has a chart for the bottom border.

Yarn used as shown
1 Yarnology skein with 7 colors, textures and yarn weights. 238 yards a skein.
2 Textured yarn cakes. 250 yards in a thick and thin light fingering weight. Both held together in this project.

Notions used
US size 9 (5.5 mm) circular needle 40” (102 cm) in length.
Darning needle or crochet hook for finishing.

Gauge
12 sts and 20 rows in 4” of Stockinette stitch with sport weight yarn.
