I just ordered the kit from her website to learn a new technique, Apr 2020. This calls for Z twist yarn and appears to be woolen spun that will bloom when washed. The pattern has only 1 size, medium. But you can easily adjust the pattern to make a smaller or larger sock by adding a repeat. The technique is not hard, but requires a bit of patience to learn. It’s a good technique to add to your repetoire if you’re interested in the history of knitting in Scandanavia, Sweden and Norway in particular.
