When I was a kid I always got Ivy and Moray mixed up, in english it’s not really that easy to mix them up but in Swedish the Muray is called Muräna and the Ivy is called Murgröna, and for me as a kid, it sounded pretty much the same.

The color of the yarn is called english Ivy and the cabels looks a little bit like a snake and so does the moray and that’s why I call this pattern moray!

När jag var liten blandade jag alltid ihop muräna och murgröna, de låter ju fasligt lika varandra.

Färgen på garnet är Ivy (murgröna) och en muräna ser ju lik som flätor ut som ormar och därför fick mönstret heta Muray (muräna).
