I am very happy to publish my first ever knitting pattern - Mori Hikari Baby Bonnet.

This bonnet features lacy leaf stitches, my all time favourite! The stitch resembles both forest and candle light, thus I named the bonnet Mori Hikari. (Note: ‘Mori’ is forest and ‘hikari’ is light in Japanese, respectively.).

There are 3 sizes available: newborn - 6 months, 6 months - 12 months and 12 months - 24 months.

The bonnet is knitted flat and seamed one inch before the crown shaping. Then. i-cord is knitted for about 30cm long and attached i-cord is made starting from the right edge of the wrong side of the bonnet.
