For this pattern, my tester Debs Taylor Bryant used a 4mm hook and the measurements with the recommended yarn (Stylecraft special DK) were 125 cm wide X 122 cm high (49.2126” w X 48.0315” h), WITHOUT BORDER, ideal for a sofa Blanket
