Grab some contrasting worsted weight yarn and jump right into Mosaic Crochet! You will be working with one color for each row, and fastening off each color as you go. Instructions are included for crocheting over the ends to reducing weaving, but you can add a fringe instead for a funky twist. This pattern features an eye-popping illusion that will amaze your friends.

The Greek Key border finishes off the Illusion pattern nicely. The border is worked at the same time as the pattern. Multi-color yarns look fabulous in Mosaic Crochet with a solid main color. Each row is fully written out, and a picture chart is also included for checking your work as you go.

In addition, I have included a bonus resizeable version of this pattern (the pattern without the border). It will teach you how to make a gauge for your chosen hook and yarn, and how to calculate the final dimensions of your blanket. This version includes a crochet symbol chart for the repeat as well.

Have fun, and Hug Some Yarn!
