This headband is knitted with a lovely textured pattern made up of a mix of cables, twisted stitches and moss stitch to give it extra thickness.

Size: This ear warmer headband is 10cm wide around after blocking (4 inches), you can knit this for any length, just keep repeating the 4-row pattern until you get the desired length.

Difficulty: Advanced Beginner - some skills required: cables, twisted stitches.

Materials:
50g of your preferred Medium Weight/Aran/Worsted yarn:
I used So Crafty Knit&Purl Ombre Yarn from Aldi (200g/382yds/350m per ball – 80% acrylic,
20% wool),
5mm (US size 8) knitting needles,
5mm cable needle (US size 8),
Scissors,
Tapestry needle.

Gauge: 16 stitches and 20 rows make a 10cm square using stocking stitch. Use a larger/smaller sized needles to obtain the correct gauge.
