This pattern is for a simple top-down hat with ribbing and moss stitch, from one skein of Noro Kureyon. (It’s actually the second pattern I wrote, in 2005, so it had to be simple.) It’s really very basic — if you haven’t knitted a hat before, this is a good first pattern. Because it’s top down, you can just keep knitting until you think it’s long enough, or you run out of yarn -- whichever comes first. You’ll still have something wearable.

This pattern may be used to knit as many hats for sale as you would like. If anyone asks you who wrote the pattern, please mention my name. Thanks!
