These sweet little fingerless mittens are perfect
for those cold days in winter, or cold mornings
in spring or autumn, when you need an extra
layer when out for a walk or impromptu snow
fight. Simple and quick to knit, you will have
multiples at the ready in your bag or car.
Named for the special pink berries on top of
The Mountain which is our home, the pretty
moss stitch is equally special. Unisex, for the
kids and adults, this pattern so very versatile.

These mittens are cast on at the finger edge and
worked in the round to the thumbhole. The thumbhole
section is worked flat and then the rest of the mitten
is worked in the round, again. Whilst we provide
different sizes for the width of the mitt, the length of
all the adult mitts are the same. As these mittens
have no increases and decreases the length of the
mittens can be easily customised below the
thumbhole.

ALWAYS take your measurements from the
stockinette side of your work as the moss stitch will
measure shorter.
