Despite her many new domestic duties, Mrs. Newlywed has made several of these box coats of Jumbolaine for it only takes several afternoons to crochet one.
MATERIALS—Fleisher’s Jumbolaine (100% Virgin Wool), 16 skeins. Fleisher’s 6-inch White Crochet Hook, Size 10.
Gauge:
16 sts = 5 ins.
2 rows = 1 in.
MEASUREMENTS – Width of back at underarm 18 ins. – at shoulders 13½ ins – of each front 1 at underarm 12 ins. Length from lower edge to underarm 18 ins. Sleeves – Width below underarm 13 ins. Length from lower edge to underarm 17 ins.
