This is a pattern to make a stuffed knitted Crow T. Robot doll from the television series, Mystery Science Theater 3000. He’s designed to stand on a shelf or table.

I designed this pattern using worsted weight acrylic yarn in gold, black, and yellow - but the yarn weight and fiber can be adjusted provided that the needle size is adjusted accordingly to make a different-sized doll. When knit with worsted weight yarn and US Size 6 needles, Crow measures about 9 inches tall and 6 inches across.

This is an advanced doll pattern. You’ll need to know how to knit in the round on double pointed needles, pick up stitches and seam neatly using mattress stitch. The pattern includes an extensive photo tutorial in addition to written instructions.

This pattern is now available for purchase on Ravelry, as well as in my Etsy store at the link below.
