This romantic, silk knit shrug is designed with pretty picot and lace cuffs gently cascading over the hands. Delicate picot neck edging finishes the soft look around the shoulders while the tussah slub silk exudes a a soft shimmer, for a versatile spring / summer addition to your wardrobe. Dress it up with cocktail dress or down with jeans. This is a DK yarn knit on larger needles to provide a lighter feel garment, perfect for spring and summer evenings. This is a slimmer fitting shrug.
Takes between 4 balls to 8 balls depending on size.
Skill level: experienced beginner.
Stitches you need to know:

K = Knit
P = Purl
y.r.n. = Yarn round needle
y.f. = Yarn forward
K2tog. = Knit 2 together
P2tog. = Purl 2 together
M1 = Make one stitch in next stitch by knitting into the back of the stitch and without transferring the stitch off the left needle, then into the front of the stitch and slip both stitches to the right.
