The pattern includes written instructions on how to knit these leggings following the directions. The leg warmers are One Size, but I include a simple basic formula for knitting them on any gauge and desired size.

I wanted to give them a freeform look so these leg warmers feature a mix of stitch patterns that result to a gorgeous textured fabric. They are worked with a multicolor - self striping - yarn.
If you are in a mood for creating and experimenting, they would also look amazing if you knit them using various types yarns (sizes and colors) getting a real freeform result.

They are worked in the round using Magic Loop method one circular needle, but this is just my preference, you can knit them on dpns.

• Techniques used: Knit, Purl, Yarn Over, ssk, k2tog, k3tog, kfb, Judy’s surprisingly stretchy bind off.

I believe this pattern is easy for an intermediate knitter, but can be also good project for little above beginner to practice on basic skills in the round (Ohhh,if up to now you have only knitted flat garments I fully recommend to begin learning knitting in the round!
