In a supermarket many moons ago I spotted these cute, squat pumpkins called Munchkin Pumpkins, and decided I should knit some (of course!). This simple pattern produces nice rotund, squat little pumpkins, with ridges created using purl stitches.

Whilst gauge isn’t terribly important in this project, it is worth working at a tight gauge of approximately 6 stitches per inch in order that the stuffing will not show through your stitches; if you are a loose knitter try going down a needle size, and if you are a tight knitter try going up a needle size
