I find that if my hands, legs and head are warm my whole body is also warm. But warmth is added if all these accessories are handmade by me or somebody else.
The mittens are knitted with bulky yarn. Twisted ribbing is used at the cuffs and thumbs , “Seed wishbone cable” (what a name for a pattern, eh!) embellishes the top side.
